The Perche and Normandy, with their many local producers and culinary specialties, constitute an exceptional land… Homemade black pudding from Mortagne, Normand meats, fish from our coasts, seasonal fruits and vegetables are sublimated by our chef Vincent Biset, Maître cuisinier de France. As for desserts, fruit and chocolate variations share the spotlight with a not-to-be-missed hot soufflé, revisited each season.
